Your monthly subscription covers the platform, your business phone number, and all core features. AI call handling, SMS messages, and file sharing are billed separately based on actual usage. This means you only pay for what you use, keeping costs low when volume is light.
Your base fee includes: a dedicated business phone number, unlimited inbound/outbound calls (carrier rates may apply), voicemail with transcription, analytics dashboard, mobile and web apps, and email support. AI features and SMS are usage-based.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.
Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial. You get access to all features during the trial, plus $10 in AI credits to test the call handling capabilities. No credit card required to start.
AI minutes are counted when our AI assistant handles a call on your behalf - answering questions, taking messages, or routing calls. Regular calls where you or your team answers directly don't count toward AI usage. You're only charged for the duration the AI is actively engaged.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfers for US customers, and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
